Justine Péré began playing the cello at the age of seven at the Conservatoire de Cagnes-sur-Mer in the class of Brigitte Blondeau, later studying with Virginie Pomi.
As her passion for music grew, she joined the CRR (Regional Conservatory) of Nice, where she studied under Frédéric Audibert and Guillermo Lefever, while completing her secondary education at Lycée Masséna. In 2014, she earned her DEM (Diploma of Musical Studies) with high honors and was admitted to the CNSMD (National Conservatory of Music and Dance) in Lyon, studying with Yvan Chiffoleau, Alice Bourgoin, and Pascal Jemain. In 2019, she graduated with a Master’s degree in Musical Performance, unanimously awarded with highest honors.

At the CNSMD, she benefited from the guidance of renowned teachers such as Yovan Markovitch, Agnès Sulem, Dana Ciocarlie, and Franck Krawczyk, and participated in numerous master classes with Philippe Muller, Xavier Philips, Wolfgang-Emmanuel Schmidt, Thomas Carroll, François Salque, and Arto Noras, among others.

Justine also spent time in Berlin, where she took lessons with Konstantin Heidrich at the Universität der Künste and Troels Svane at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler. She had the privilege of performing in two concerts in St. Petersburg, Russia, celebrating the 85th anniversary of Mstislav Rostropovich's birth.

She has cultivated an extensive chamber music repertoire, performing at festivals alongside musicians such as Frédérique Largarde, Yovan Markovitch, Françoise Gnéri, Marie Charvet, and Kazimierz Olechowski. In 2019, she had the opportunity to substitute as the cellist for the Trio des Lumières (Chamber Music Master’s, CNSMD Lyon) during their concerts in August and at the first edition of the ECKALS Festival in Leipzig in September. She is a permanent member of Ensemble Hors-Champ, which specializes in music for visual media.

As an orchestral musician, Justine has performed as an additional player with prestigious ensembles, including the Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Orchestra of Lyon, and the Lyon Opera Orchestra. These collaborations have deepened her love for the orchestral musician's craft.

In March 2019, she performed as a soloist in Saint-Saëns' Cello Concerto with the Télémann Ensemble of Saint-Étienne under the direction of Louis-Jean Perreau.

Justine Péré is a recipient of scholarships from ADAMI and Société Générale.
